The word "INJIZ" in Arabic is a verb telling others "to get the job done quickly and perfectly". This computerized system is a sort of DSS (Decision Support System) that helps the top management in any entity to be in control of the tasks to be accomplished. In many cases there are critical success factors (CSFs) for each organization that, when they get the proper attention, make the difference in the success of that organization. INJIZ helps in making these CSFs visible and tracked, so the direction compass of the organization is controlled by the top management and not- as in many cases- by the low level employees who are busy by the day to day business on the account of the CSFs
